Modular Employable Skills (MES) under Skill Development Initiative Scheme of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India

Key Highlights

  • The training was provided to 63 nos of beneficiaries from the State of Nagaland for the job role of SS101- Soft Skills for base line staff in service sector.
  • 51 candidates successfully cleared the assessment and 55 received placement opportunities under the program.

 

Assam Minorities Development Board

Key Highlights

  • Trained 30 candidates for one year Course in Hospitality & Tourism and 44 candidates for six months Coaching for Banking and Railway Clerical Services under the project.
  • Under the one year course in Hospitality & Tourism, 30 out of 30 candidates have received placements whilst the Coaching for Banking and Railway Clerical Services abstained from placement linkage.

 

PMKVY 2.0 Centrally Sponsored State Monitored, Nagaland

Key Highlights

  • Enrolled 1440 number of candidates from the state of Nagaland under the scheme for the job role of Front Office Executive.
  • The trainees underwent a training of 535 hrs for the job role.
  • Out of 1440 trainees, 1360 trainees were certified and 1131 opted for placements.
  • Apart from providing domain knowledge for the course, training was imparted on Basic Computer Skills, Personality Development, Soft Skills, Entrepreneurship and Life Skills.

 

PMKVY 2.0 Centrally Sponsored State Monitored , Arunachal Pradesh

Key Highlights

  • Enrolled 240 number of candidates from the state of Arunachal Pradesh under the scheme for the job role of Front Office Executive.
  • The trainees underwent a training of 535 hrs for the job role.
  • Out of 240 trainees, 225 trainees were certified and 204 opted for placements.
  • The key focus was on the holistic development of the trainees with training imparted in Domain Skills, Personality Development & Soft Skills, as well as Basic Computer Skills.

 

CSR Project Under Numaligarh Refinery Limited

Key Highlights

  • Enrolled 50 number of candidates from the district Golaghat from the state of Assam under the scheme for the job role of Hospitality & Tourism.
  • The trainees underwent a training of 90 days for the job role.
  • Out of 50 trainees, 50 trainees were certified and 42 opted for placements.

 

Project OIL Swabalamban

Key Highlights

  • Over the course of four years, we have enrolled 1,040 number of candidates from the state of Assam of OIL presence areas under the Project for the job role of Front Office Executive.
  • The trainees underwent a training of 535 hrs for the job role.
  • Out of 1040 trainees, 1040 trainees were certified and 952 opted for placements.
  • The key focus areas of the training wereimparting Domain Skills, Personality Development & Soft Skills, as well as Basic Computer Skills.

 

EST&P under DAY NULM (2020-2021)

Key Highlights

  • We have enrolled 100 number of candidates from the state of Assam under the job role of General Duty Assistant and Front Office Associate.
  • The trainees underwent a training of 420 hrs and 340 hrs respectively for the job roles.
  • Out of 100 trainees, 94 trainees were certified and 89 opted for placements.
  • The training’s main objectives were to convey basic computer skills, personality development, and soft skills.

 

PMKVY 3.0 Centrally Sponsored State Monitored, Nagaland

Key Highlights

  • We have enrolled 270 number of candidates from the state of Nagaland under the job role of Front Office Executive.
  • The trainees underwent a training of 541 hrs for the job role.
  • Out of 270 trainees, 220 trainees were certified and 209 opted for placements.
  • The key focus areas of the training were imparting Domain Skills, Personality Development & Soft Skills, as well as Basic Computer Skills.

Key Highlights

  • We have enrolled 360 number of candidates from the state of Nagaland under the job role of Front Office Executive.
  • The trainees underwent a training of 541 hrs for the job role.
  • Out of 360 trainees, 354 trainees were certified and 300 opted for placements.
  • Teaching Domain Skills, Personality Development & Soft Skills, and Basic Computer Skills were the main areas of emphasis for the program

  • We have enrolled 16 number of candidates from Rudrasagar Operational Area of Assam under the job role of Front Office Executive.
  • The trainees are under going a training of 541 hrs for the job role.
  • The 16 trainees are undergoing training at Guwahati.
  • The training’s main goals were to convey basic computer skills, personality development and soft skills, and domain skills.
