TUSTI Foundation is a registered educational society working in the sphere of Skill Development , Cluster Development, Livelihood Generation and Facility Management Services since 2014. The organisation executes its Skill Development, Cluster Development and Livelihood Generation Programs through TUSTI Skill Learning Centres and its latest vertical, Facility Management Services through TUSTI Manpower Services.
From the Director's Desk
TUSTI Foundation was established in the year 2014 with a vision to skill the middle class youth in various sectors and make them employable and be a leader in Transformational Solutions in Education and Skill Development segment. As we have completed our decade long journey, I am incredibly proud of and appreciative of our team’s efforts as we progress through the skill development process. Not only are we bridging the demand and supply of skilled manpower every day, but we are also shaping futures, creating success pathways, and enabling people to reach their greatest potential.
Our dedication to quality is unwavering and we exist to serve the youths and society. We strive each day to cultivate an atmosphere in which ideas blossom, dreams soar and human potential realised. With their unmatched industrial & teaching experience, our committed Training and Placement team headed by the Training and Placement Managers respectively, act as mentors, igniting the way for the youths in living their passion.
Dear alumni and trainees from ongoing batches, you are the core of this country and we are all inspired by your tenacity, dedication and curiosity. Keep in mind that every obstacle you face will present an opportunity, every setback will teach you something, and every victory will demonstrate your resiliency as you embark on your life-changing adventure from this institute.

Our Services
Skill training are short term vocational courses with the objective to enable the youth and other eligible beneficiaries to take up industry-relevant training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. These are commonly executed as Short-Term Training (STT), Special Projects targeting hard-to-reach geographies & marginalized communities, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) where individuals engaged in unorganized sectors are skill certified.
The initiative aims at creating an ideal self sustained village in which the local population act as decision makers, partners and beneficiaries with multi-sectoral, multifunctional and integrated development to achieve holistic and sustainable development backed up by futuristic and progressive skills leading to higher levels of productivity and improvement in overall quality of life. Interventions can be on Agricultural Training, Handicrafts & Textiles and Infrastructural Development.
Our diverse portfolio extends to providing reputed establishments with personnel who can look after their facility on a day-to-day basis. The skilled manpower provided helps to build the environment within these establishments to ensure maximum productivity within the business. We provide caretakers, cleaners, office assistants, delivery personnel, stewards and many more to these establishments from our large pool of ready-to-deploy resources.
The cluster development initiative aims at utilising locally available resources and manpower engaged either in semi-mechanized sector or traditional methods and providing with state-of-the-art infrastructure, industry relevant training and industry connects for better acceptance of their products. With this initiative the traditional artisans are organised into clusters and enable them to increase their presence alongside widely known brands.
